國泰部份工時機場地勤 / 新航面試通知面試

04/02參加國泰部分供時機場地勤的第二階段小組面試

先來說說結果...很遺憾收到遺珠信了~ (正確來說國泰並不會寄遺珠信,但沒有通過就不會收到下關通知)

面試時間很短只有約四十分鐘左右

除了一開始進入圓桌會議室時有點緊張外

討論的過程是瞞輕鬆愉快的

旁邊會有五位左右的評分者做觀察記錄

題目卷閱讀及思考時間是五分鐘左右

附有紙筆  要把自己的想法寫下來記錄~ 接下來就是討論囉!

除了一開始大家靜默了一下, 一但有人起了頭就會開始有熱烈討論

小組討論真的是要抓緊時間表達自己的想法  否則愈到後半會愈難抓到時間發言

此外也要聽別人的想法  用紙筆記錄下來

大家英文都有一定的水準

所以真的不能放空~否則就會漏聽別人說的內容了

對於這次的遺珠信  做了一點檢討~~~KEEP IN MIND!  

1.自我介紹不夠流暢, 有時會忘記要說什麼...要多練習,才不會一緊張就亂了

2.紙筆記錄...把自己的想法更明確的寫在紙上

3.互動程度,發言次數太少,雖然不是多就好,但適量的對話或表同都是溶入小組討論的表現

面試結束當天也收到了新航的面試通知~

Please bring a copy of this e-mail with you and all the ORIGINALS and
photocopies of your birth certificate/household registration (English
version), educational certificates, international passport on the day of
the interview.

You will also be required to bring your resume in English for the
interview.
